PROMULGATING THE
BRANCH STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE
AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No.73/CP of November 1st,
1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and
organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No.86/CP of December 8, 1995 of the Government assigning the
responsibility for State management over goods quality;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and
Product Quality,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate
the following branch standards:

Article 3.- The Ministry
Office Director, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and

persons shall have to implement this Decision.
