Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật thuế giá trị gia tăng, Luật thuế tiêu thụ đặc biệt và Luật quản lý thuế

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam khóa XIII, kỳ họp thứ 11 thông qua ngày 06 tháng 4 năm 2016./.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 88 and 91 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Article 57 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,

PROMULGATES:

The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Value-Added Tax, the Law on Excise Tax and the Law on Tax Administration,

which was passed on April 6, 2016, by the XIII^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 11^th session.
