VỀ TRIỂN KHAI NGHỊ ĐỊNH SỐ 44/2023/NĐ-CP CỦA CHÍNH PHỦ QUY ĐỊNH CHÍNH SÁCH GIẢM THUẾ GIÁ TRỊ GIA TĂNG THEO NGHỊ QUYẾT SỐ 101/2023/QH15 CỦA QUỐC HỘI

TỔNG CỤC TRƯỞNG TỔNG CỤC THUẾ điện:

- Cục Thuế các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương;
- Các Vụ, Đơn vị thuộc và trực thuộc Tổng cục Thuế.

Ngày 24/6/2023, Quốc hội đã ban hành Nghị quyết số 101/2023/QH15 về Kỳ họp thứ 5, Quốc hội khóa XV.

Ngày 30/6/2023, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 44/2023/NĐ-CP quy định chính sách giảm thuế giá trị gia tăng theo Nghị quyết số 101/2023/QH15 của Quốc hội.

Nghị định quy định giảm thuế giá trị gia tăng từ ngày 01/7/2023 đến hết ngày 31/12/2023 đối với các nhóm hàng hóa, dịch vụ đang áp dụng mức thuế suất thuế giá trị gia tăng 10%, trừ một số nhóm hàng hóa, dịch vụ.

Tổng cục Thuế yêu cầu các Cục Thuế chủ động tuyên truyền, phổ biến cho người nộp thuế trên địa bàn để kịp thời thực hiện Nghị định quy định giảm thuế giá trị gia tăng theo Nghị quyết số 101/2023/QH15 của Quốc hội./.

From THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION to:

- Tax Departments of provinces and central-affiliated cities;
- Departments and Units affiliated to the General Department of Taxation.

On June 24, 2023, the National Assembly promulgated Resolution No. 101/2023/QH15 on the 5^th session of the 15^th National Assembly.

On June 30, 2023, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree No. 44/2023/ND-CP on the VAT reduction policy according to Resolution No. 101/2023/QH15 of the National Assembly.

The Decree provides for a VAT reduction from July 01, 2023 to the end of December 31, 2023 for goods and services to which 10% VAT is applied, except for some goods and services.
