DECISION

ON ISSUANCE OF SCHEDULE OF CAR AND MOTORCYCLE PRICES FOR REGISTRATION FEE DETERMINATION

MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges dated November 25, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP dated January 15, 2022 of the Government on registration fees;

Pursuant to Government's Decree No. 14/2023/ND-CP dated April 20, 2023 on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Circular No. 13/2022/TT-BTC dated February 28, 2022 of the Minister of Finance on elaboration of Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP dated January 15, 2022 of the Government on registration fees;

At the request of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.

Article 1. Issue together with this Decision the Schedule of car and motorcycle prices for registration fee determination.

Article 2. This Decision annuls Decision No. 618/QD-BTC of April 9, 2019 of the Minister of Finance on issuance of the Schedule of car and motorcycle prices for registration fee determination; Decision No. 1112/QD-BTC dated June 28, 2019, Decision No. 2064/QD-BTC dated October 25, 2019, Decision No. 452/QD-BTC dated March 31, 2020 and Decision No. 1238/QD-BTC dated August 21, 2020 of the Minister of Finance on amendments to the Schedule of car and motorcycle prices for registration fee determination issued together with Decision No. 618/QD-BTC dated April 9, 2019.

Article 3. This Decision comes into force as of November 6, 2023.

Article 4. Director General of the General Department of Taxation, Director of the Tax Policy Department, Director of the Legal Department, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Finance, Director of the Tax Department of provinces and centrally affiliated cities, Chiefs of Tax Sub-Departments, Regional Tax Departments under the Tax Department of provinces and cities and relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision./.
