QUY ĐỊNH DANH MỤC BỆNH, TÌNH TRẠNG BỆNH ĐƯỢC KHÁM BỆNH, CHỮA BỆNH TỪ XA

Căn cứ Luật Khám bệnh, chữa bệnh số 15/2023/QH15 ngày 09 tháng 01 năm 2023;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 95/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 15 tháng 11 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Y tế;

Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý Khám, chữa bệnh,

Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế ban hành Thông tư quy định danh mục bệnh, tình trạng bệnh được khám bệnh, chữa bệnh từ xa.

Điều 1. Danh mục bệnh, tình trạng bệnh được khám bệnh, chữa bệnh từ xa

Bệnh, tình trạng bệnh được khám bệnh, chữa bệnh từ xa thực hiện theo Danh mục ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này.

Điều 2. Hiệu lực thi hành

Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2024.

Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có khó khăn vướng mắc, đề nghị các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân báo cáo về Bộ Y tế (Cục Quản lý Khám, chữa bệnh) để xem xét, giải quyết./.

CIRCULAR

PROMULGATING LIST OF DISEASES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO TELEMEDICINE

Pursuant to the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 dated January 09, 2023;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2022/ND-CP dated November 15, 2022 defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam;

At the request of the Director General of the Department of Medical Service Administration,

The Minister of Health of Vietnam promulgates a Circular promulgating list of diseases and health conditions subject to telemedicine. 

Article 1. List of diseases and health conditions subject to telemedicine 

Diseases and health conditions for which telemedicine is allowed are provided in the List enclosed herewith.

This Circular comes into force from January 01, 2024.

Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Health of Vietnam (via Department of Medical Service Administration) for consideration./.
