BAN HÀNH DANH MỤC GIỐNG VẬT NUÔI CAO SẢN

Căn cứ Nghị định số 199/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 26 tháng 11 năm 2013 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn;

Căn cứ Pháp lệnh Giống vật nuôi số 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 ngày 24 tháng 3 năm 2004 của Ủy ban thường vụ Quốc hội Khóa 11;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 210/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 19 tháng 12 năm 2013 của Chính phủ về chính sách khuyến khích doanh nghiệp đầu tư vào nông nghiệp, nông thôn;

Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục Chăn nuôi;

Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn ban hành Danh mục giống vật nuôi cao sản.

Điều 1. Ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này Danh mục giống vật nuôi cao sản được hỗ trợ theo Nghị định số 210/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 19 tháng 12 năm 2013 của Chính phủ về chính sách khuyến khích doanh nghiệp đầu tư vào nông nghiệp, nông thôn có Phụ lục đính kèm.

Điều 2. Thông tư này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 11 tháng 6 năm 2014.

Điều 3. Chánh Văn phòng Bộ, Cục trưởng Cục Chăn nuôi, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị liên quan thuộc Bộ, Sở Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này.

CIRCULAR

PROMULGATING LISTS OF HIGH-YIELD LIVESTOCK BREEDS

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 199/2013 / ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Livestock breed No. 16/2004 / PL-UBTVQH11dated March 24, 2004 of the 11^th Standing committee of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 210/2013 / ND-CP dated December 19, 2013 on policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Livestock Production;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural development promulgates the List of high-yield livestock breeds

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 11, 2014.

Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office , the Director of the Department of Livestock Production , the Heads of related units under Ministry, the Service of Agriculture and Rural development in central-affiliated cities and provinces shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
