Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Luật Giao thông đường bộ.

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khoá X, kỳ họp thứ 9 thông qua ngày 29 tháng 06 năm 2001./.

ON THE PROMULGATION OF LAW

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,

HEREBY PROMULGATES:

The Law on Land Road Traffic, which was passed by the X^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, at its 9^th session, on June 29, 2001.
