DECREE

AMENDING THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE NO.27/2011/ND-CP DATED APRIL 09, 2011 ON SUPPLYING, DEVELOPMENT, HANDLING, USAGE OF PASSENGERS INFORMATION BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE BORDER GATE OF VIETNAM BY AIR TRAFFIC

Pursuant to the Law on organization of Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Minister of Public Security;

The Government promulgates the Decree amending Article providing for the execution effect of the Government's Decree No. 27/2011/ND-CP dated April 09, 2011 on supplying, development, handling, usage of passengers information before entering into the border gate of Vietnam by air traffic,

Article 1. To amend Article 14

Article 14 of the Decree No. 27/2011/ND-CP is amended as follows:

“This Decree takes effect on April 15, 2014”.
