NGHỊ ĐỊNH

CỦA CHÍNH PHỦ SỐ 71-CP NGÀY 13-7-1994 VỀ GIÁO DỤC QUỐC PHÒNG TRONG HỆ THỐNG CÁC TRƯỜNG CHÍNH TRỊ, HÀNH CHÍNH, ĐOÀN THỂ

Căn cứ Điều 44, 46, 77, 112, 115 chương IV, V, VII của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam;
Theo đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Quốc phòng và Bộ trưởng Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo,

NGHỊ ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Đưa bộ môn giáo dục quốc phòng thành môn học bắt buộc trong hệ thống các trường chính trị, hành chính và đoàn thể ở các cấp.

Điều 2. Thời gian, nội dung môn giáo dục quốc phòng Bộ Quốc phòng bàn với các ngành liên quan xác định cho phù hợp.

Điều 3. Bộ trưởng Bộ Quốc phòng, Bộ trưởng Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Bộ trưởng, Trưởng ban Ban Tổ chức - Cán bộ Chính phủ; Chủ nhiệm Uỷ ban Kế hoạch Nhà nước, Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính và Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng các cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ; Chủ tịch Uỷ ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức thực hiện Nghị định này.

Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày ký.

DECREE

ON DEFENSE EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF POLITICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MASS ORGANIZATION SCHOOLS

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to Articles 44, 46, 77, 112 and 115, Chapters IV, V and VII of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
At the proposals of the Minister of National Defense and the Minister of Education and Training,

DECREES:

Article 1.- To introduce defense education as a compulsory subject into the system of political, administrative and mass organization schools at all levels.

Article 2.- The Ministry of National Defense shall discuss with the branches concerned to determine a suitable duration and curriculum, for the defense education program.

Article 3.- The Minister of National Defense, the Minister of Education and Training, the Minister-Head of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the Chairman of the State Planning Committee, the Minister of Finance, the other ministers and the heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government have the responsibility to organize the implementation of this Decree.
