QUYẾT ĐỊNH

VỀ VIỆC CHUYỂN GIAO XÍ NGHIỆP THUỶ SẢN HỒ HOÀ BÌNH CHO TỈNH HOÀ BÌNH QUẢN LÝ

Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 30 tháng 9 năm 1992;
Xét Báo cáo và đề nghị của Bộ Thuỷ sản và Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Nay chuyển giao Xí nghiệp Thuỷ sản hồ Hoà Bình thuộc Bộ Thuỷ sản cho Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình quản lý.

Điều 2.

- Bộ Thuỷ sản có trách nhiệm bàn giao: cơ sở vật chất (bao gồm cả đất đai, mặt nước, nhà xưởng, phương tiện, công cụ sản xuất...), nhiệm vụ sản xuất kinh doanh, tổ chức bộ máy, cán bộ công nhân viên và hồ sơ có liên quan của Xí nghiệp Thuỷ sản hồ Hoà Bình cho Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình quản lý.

- Bộ Tài chính có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn và xem xét, xử lý cụ thể về vốn đối với Bộ Thuỷ sản và Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình theo quy định hiện hành.

- Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình có trách nhiệm tiếp nhận Xí nghiệp Thuỷ sản hồ Hoà Bình và tổ chức chỉ đạo thực hiện nhiệm vụ sản xuất kinh doanh về thuỷ sản đạt hiệu quả kinh tế cao.

Việc bàn giao trên đảm bảo xong trước ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 1994. Kể từ ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 1995, Xí nghiệp Thuỷ sản hồ Hoà Bình chịu sự quản lý của Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình.

Điều 3. Bộ trưởng các Bộ Thuỷ sản, Tài chính, Chủ tịch Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Hoà Bình và các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ có liên quan, chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

DECISION

ON THE TRANSFER OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOA BINH LAKE AQUACULTURAL COMPANY TO HOA BINH PROVINCE

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Considering the reports and proposals of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources and the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To transfer the management of the Hoa Binh Lake Aquacultural Company under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources to Hoa Binh province.

Article 2.-

- The Ministry of Aquatic Resources is responsible to hand over to the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province: the material bases (including the land site, water surface, workshops, facilities, production tools, etc.), the tasks of production and business, the organizational structure, the cadres and workers and all the related files of the Hoa Binh Lake Aquacultural Company.

- The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province is responsible for taking over the Hoa Binh Lake Aquacultural Company and for directing its production and business activities in order to yield high economic efficiency.

The above-mentioned transfer shall be completed before the 31st of December 1994. As from the 1st of January 1995, the Hoa Binh Lake Aquacutlrual Company shall come under the management of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province.

Article 3.- The Minister of Aquatic Resources, the Minister of Finance, the President of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province and the other concerned ministers and Heads of agencies attached to the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
