VỀ VIỆC CÔNG BỐ LUẬT SỬA ĐỔI, BỔ SUNG MỘT SỐ ĐIỀU CỦA LUẬT BÁO CHÍ; LUẬT DOANH NGHIỆP; LUẬT MẶT TRẬN TỔ QUỐC VIỆT NAM.

CHỦ TỊCH NƯỚC CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM

Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

1. Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Báo chí;

2. Luật Doanh nghiệp;

3. Luật Mặt trận Tổ quốc Việt Nam;

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam khóa X thông qua ngày 12 tháng 06 năm 1999./.
