Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ;

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khoá X, kỳ họp thứ 10 thông qua ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2001./.

THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,

HEREBY PROMULGATES:

The Law on Organization of the Government,

which was passed by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on December 25, 2001 at its 10th session.
