Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật;

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Luật Sĩ quan Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam.

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa X thông qua ngày 21 tháng 12 năm 1999./.

Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,

HEREBY PROMULGATES:

The Law on Vietnam Peoples Army Officers

which was passed on December 21, 1999 by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Xth Legislature.
