QUYẾT ĐỊNH

VỀ GIẢI THỂ HỘI ĐỒNG TÀI CHÍNH TIỀN TỆ NHÀ NƯỚC 

THỦ TƯỚNG CHÍNH PHỦ

Căn cứ vào Điều 20 Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 30 tháng 9 năm 1992;
Xét yêu cầu công tác,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH :

Điều 1. Nay giải thể Hội đồng Tài chính tiền tệ Nhà nước đã thành lập theo Quyết định số 85-TTg ngày 11-11-1992 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày ban hành.

Điều 2. Chủ tịch Hội đồng Tài chính tiền tệ, các thành viên Hội đồng Tài chính tiền tệ, các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

DECISION

ON DISSOLVING THE STATE FINANCIAL AND MONETARY COUNCIL

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;
In consideration of the work requirements,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To dissolve the State Financial and Monetary Council which was established by Decision No. 85-TTg on the 11th of November, 1992 of the Prime Minister.

This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance.

Article 2.- The Chairman of the State Financial and Monetary Council, the members of the State Financial and Monetary Council, the Cabinet Ministers, the Heads of the agencies of ministerial level, and the Heads of the concerned agencies attached to the Government, are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
