Căn  cứ vào  Điều  103  và  Điều  106  của  Hiến  pháp  nước  Cộng  hòa  xã  hội  chủ  nghĩa  Việt Nam;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội ;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp Luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số Điều của Luật Đất đai

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa X, kỳ họp thứ 9 thông qua ngày 29 tháng 6 năm 2001./.

ON THE PROMULGATION OF LAW

THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,

HEREBY PROMULGATES:

The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Land Law,

which was passed by the X^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 9^th session on June 29, 2001.
