To be specific, Decision No. 721/QD-TTg prescribes reduction in procedures for issuance of land use right certificates for housing development plans (for provinces where land registration offices are established) (administrative procedural code: 1.002273) as follows:
- Allow methods for registration and issuance certificates of land use rights and ownership of housing and other property on land for transferees of rights to use land, purchase houses, and construction works in housing development plans through online public services.
Availability of registration via online public services shall depend on IT infrastructures and land database under management of provinces.
- Connect and share online data and interconnection between tax authorities, single-window divisions, banks and/or intermediary payment service providers, etc. in order to allow online payment of land-related financial obligations on the national public service portal.
- Implementation duration: 2022-2025.
