Specifically, from January 1, 2025, the list of permissible industrial explosives in Vietnam includes:
(1) Industrial explosives, industrial explosive accessories, and strong explosives prescribed in Appendix I enclosed with Circular No. 23/2024/TT-BCT specifically:
- Industrial explosives:
+ Amonite explosive AD1;
+ TNP1 explosives;
+ Powder explosive without TNT use in open-cast;
+ ANFO explosives;
+ Water-resistant ANFO explosives;
+ Emulsion explosives use in open-cast;
+ High-energy emulsion explosives for use in opencast;
+ Emulsion explosives for blasting in underground mines without detonation gas;
+ Emulsion explosives for contour blasting in open-cast and underground mines, underground construction without combustible gases;
+ Emulsion explosives for use in underground mines contained super methane escape; etc.
- Industrial explosive accessories:
+ Plain detonator No. 8;
+ Electric detonator No. 8;
+ Delay electric detonator;
+ Safety delay electric detonator;
+ Non-electric in-hole delay detonator;
+ Non-electric surface delay detonator for open-cast; underground mine, underground construction without combustible gases;
+ Non-electric delay detonator for underground mine, underground construction without combustible gases;
+ None-electric millisecond delay detonator MS;
+ None-electric second delay detonator LP;
+ Electric detonator; etc.
- Strong explosives:
+ Hexogen explosives;
+ Trinitrotoluene explosive (TNT);
+ Octogen explosives;
+ Pentrit explosives;
+ Explosives that are mixtures of strong explosive elements.
(2) Industrial explosives used for surveying and extracting gas and oil with announced applicable standards under the Law on Quality of Goods and Products;
(3) Industrial explosives with recognized registration results under Article 7 of Circular No. 23/2024/TT-BCT.
