- Decision No. 369/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2024 on approving the planning for the Northern Midlands and Mountainous Areas during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050.
The Northern Midlands and Mountainous Areas include 14 provinces: Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien, and Hoa Binh.
- Decision No. 368/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2024 on approving the planning for the Red River Delta during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050.
The Red River Delta includes 11 provinces and centrally affiliated cities: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, and Quang Ninh.
- Decision No. 376/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2024 on approving the planning for the North Central Region and the Central Coast during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050.
The North Central Region and the Central Coast include 14 provinces and centrally affiliated cities: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, and Binh Thuan.
- Decision No. 377/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2024 on approving the planning for the Western Highlands during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050.
The Western Highlands include 5 provinces: Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, and Lam Dong.
- Decision No. 370/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2024 on approving the planning for the Southeast Region during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050.
The Southeast Region includes 6 provinces and centrally affiliated cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, and Tay Ninh.
- Decision No. 287/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2022 on approving the planning for the Mekong Delta during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050.
The Mekong Delta includes 13 provinces and centrally affiliated cities: Can Tho, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, An Giang, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, and Ca Mau.
