According to the Decree, medical equipment listing contents are as follows:
- Organizations and individuals engaging in the production and business of medical equipment shall list the prices of medical equipment at locations prescribed in Article 17 of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP guiding the Law on Prices or on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam.
- In case of listing medical equipment prices on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, the following information is mandatory:
+ Name and category of the medical equipment.
+ Manufacturer and manufacturing country; product owner and country of product owner.
+ Unit.
+ Specifications and technical functions of medical equipment.
+ List prices of medical equipment.
Decree No. 07/2023/ND-CP comes into force as of March 3, 2023.
