Strengthening the prevention of transfer pricing in FDI enterprises.
Settling cases of failure to fulfill financial obligations in managing and using land, natural resources, and minerals completely.
Creating changes to the handling of tax arrears and organizing the summary of the assessment of the result of the handling of tax arrears.
And also in 2023, adequately promulgating legislative documents elaborating on and guiding the implementation of Laws related to thrift practice and waste prevention;
Reviewing and promulgating national standards and regulations, unit prices, and socio-economic norms in investment, construction, and public services that are lacking, overlapping, or conflicting; etc.
Making amendments to the level of public expenditure, public property, public vehicle, and fixed funding and budget for using public property; workers, and payrolls; managing and using natural resources, land, and minerals.
