According to Decision No. 273/QD-TANDTC the pilot implementation of the online public justice service of collection and payment of advance court fees on the National Public Service Portal shall take place at the following People’s Courts:
- The People’s Court of Long Bien district, Hanoi;
- The People’s Court of Dong Da district, Hanoi;
- The People’s Court of Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi;
- The People’s Court of Gia Lam district, Hanoi;
- The People’s Court of Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi;
The time of conducting the pilot implementation of collection and payment of advance court fees is from October 1, 2022 to the end of October 31, 2022.
