In order to overcome shortcomings, inadequacies and continue to promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market in the coming time, the Prime Minister requests the Ministry of Construction to:
Urgently do researches and complete legal systems concerning real estate to facilitate real estate market for the sustainable and healthy development.
Develop real estate market information system involving land information.
Complete legal grounds and speed up cashless payment in real estate transactions.
In addition, the Ministry of Construction shall inspect the law enforcement of real estate trading, real estate exchange activities and real estate brokerage activities.
Cooperate with the Provincial People’s Committees in inspecting and reviewing real estate trading and housing projects to propose the recall and suspension of real estate trading projects as prescribed by the state competent authorities, etc.
