Fees for the issuance of licenses to conduct the business of prize-winning electronic games for foreigners

According to Circular No. 39/2022/TT-BTC the fees for the issuance of licenses to conduct the business of prize-winning electronic games for foreigners are as follows:

- The fee for processing applications for issuance and renewal of business eligibility certificates of enterprises is 150.000.000 VND.

(Currently, the fee for issuance and extension of business eligibility certificates of enterprises is 150.000.000 VND)

- The fee for processing applications for re-issuance and adjustment of business eligibility certificates of enterprises is 5.000.000 VND.

(Currently, the fee for re-issuance and adjustment of business eligibility certificates of enterprises is 20.000.000VND)

Fees for processing applications for issuance, re-issuance, adjustment, and renewal of business eligibility certificates are central budget revenues.

Circular No. 39/2022/TT-BTC comes into force as of August 8, 2022 and replaces Circular No. 11/2014/TT-BTC dated January 17, 2014 and Circular No. 57/2017/TT-BTC dated June 2, 2017.
