25% of trade fairs to be held digitally by 2025

According to the Decision No. 1968/QD-TTg dated November 22, 2021, approval the Project “Strengthening application of information technology and digital transformation for trade promotion activities during the 2021-2030 period", in order to enhance the application of information technology in terms of digital transformation for trade promotion activities, the Prime Minister sets the targets to be achieved by 2025 as follows:

- 25% of fairs and exhibitions will be held on the digital environment.

- 100% of trade promotion organizations and more than 200,000 enterprises will be issued with accounts on the digital trade promotion ecosystem and 50% of them will use these accounts to carry out transactions and share their information.

- 25% of market connection services will be held on connecting and supporting platforms for 100,000 visits of enterprises.

 - 100% of trade promotion organizations and more than 100,000 visits of enterprises and cooperatives will have access to instructions and support for application of information technology and digital transformation for trade promotion activities

- 100% of the trade promotion organizations and more than 100,000 visits of businesses, cooperatives and business households will use, exploit, operate shared platforms, and share data with the trade promotion ecosystem.

- 100% of administrative procedures for trade promotion activities will meet requirements for implementation of level – 3 and 4 online public services and embedded in the National Public Service Portal.  

Decision No. 1968/QD-TTg is entering into force as of the signature date.
