According to this document, passengers travelling by air, rail or sea (except those travelling to offshore islands) are obliged to comply with 5K-message and health declaration regulations, and exempted from Covid-19 testing requirements, if they fall in one of the following cases:
+ They have received a dose of vaccine for 3 weeks;
+ They have received full doses of vaccine;
+ They have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months.
Those falling in other cases are required to show their negative results of RT-PCR or antigen rapid tests for SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours of receipt of these test results and abide by "5K Message" and health declaration regulations imposed by the Ministry of Health.
