According to these instructions, people that need to be carefully screened and wary of being vaccinated against Covid-19 are comprised of the following:
- People with history of allergic reactions to other allergens.
- Patients with underlying health conditions or chronic diseases.
- People with impaired consciousness or impaired functional capacity.
- People with history of thrombocytopenia and/or coagulopathy.
- Women that are at least 13 weeks pregnant.
- People that are found to have abnormal vital signs:
+ Body temperature <35.5°C and >37.5°C.
+ Pulse < 60 times/minute or > 100 times/minute.
+ Diastolic blood pressure < 60 mmHg or > 90 mmHg and/or systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg or > 140 mmHg, or 30 mmHg greater than daily blood pressure (with regard to people suffering hypertension or currently receiving medical treatment for this health condition and show their medical records relating to this health condition).
+ Respiratory rate > 25 times/minute.
Decision No. 4355/QD-BYT is entering into force as from the signature date and invalidating the Decision No. 3802/QD-BYT dated August 10, 2021.
