According to this document, unionists and employees of enterprises paying union dues and implementing the "three-on-the-spot" working regime will be entitled to the one-off allowance payment of 1 million dong per capita.
Grassroots-level trade unions should submit reports on the number of unionists and employees that enterprises call on to carry out the "three-on-the-spot" working regime for maintenance of production activities to the directly supervisory trade unions for their review and approval of budget.
If any enterprise already paying trade union dues has not yet had its own trade union, the directly supervisory trade union can work with that enterprise, check and determine the number of unionists and employees carrying out the “three-on-the-spot at place" working regime for maintenance of production activities before given them allowances.
Decision No. 3089/QD-TLD is entering into force as from August 24, 2021 and the validity period of allowance begins on the effective date of this Decision.
