According to this document, in order to promote individual access to safe and healthy digital platforms, the Ministry of Information and Communications is imposing the following requirements:
- Boosting the use of digital platforms on which policies and tools for management and response against fake news or illegal information are publicly announced when setting up information pages and accounts.
- Call for discretion when providing personal information on digital platforms.
- Preventing sharing information and clicking on links sent by strangers to avoid being infected with malicious codes or malwares collecting personal data and information illegally.
- Avoiding sharing or interacting with websites and accounts showing signs of posting fake news and information in breach of law.
- Using digital platform tools to report fake news, information and offences or report to competent authorities.
- Securing personal accounts and passwords on digital platforms.
