According to this document, instructions about medical quarantine for use by two groups of people arriving in/departing from Covid-19 hit areas are given as follows:
- Group 1: Those already receiving a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine
They may fall into the following cases:
+ Showing certificates of vaccination on electronic health books or receiving certificates of full-dose vaccination from vaccination establishments with the last dose administered at least 14 days and not more than 12 months before the time of arrival;
+ Or recovering from COVID-19 (holding certificates of positive results of SAR-COV-2 test by the RT-PCR method of single sample which are not longer than 6 months before the time of arrival) and having certificates of recovery from COVID-19 disease or medical discharge certificates.
Those in this group must self-monitor their health at home or residences within 07 days from the date of arrival, always comply with 5K message and be tested twice on the first and 7th day. In case of positive test results, prescribed further actions will be taken.
- Group 2: Those not vaccinated or not receiving a full dose of COVID-19 vaccine
+ spend 14 days’ medical quarantine at home or residence from the date of arrival and continue to self-monitor their health in the next 14 days.
+ Take the SARS-CoV-2 test 3 times on the first, 7th and 14th day during the period of medical quarantine at home or residence. In case of positive test results, prescribed further actions should be taken.
