According to this document, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requests provincial Departments of Industry and Trade to review and consult provincial PCs on permission for circulation of the following essential goods during the period of application of Order 16/CT-TTg:
- Food (including those specified in the list given in Appendix II, III, and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, Appendix IV to Decree 15/2018/ND-CP dated 02 February 2018; Appendix to Official Dispatch No. 4481);
- Input materials used in production activities (including iron, steel, fertilizer, plant protection products, animal feed, etc.);
- Fuels and energy (including gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, coal, etc.);
- And others depending on industrial and household demands of local people.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade requests provincial Departments of Industry and Trade to consistently implement this Official Dispatch.
