According to this Circular, the effect of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC amending the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC regulating securities service prices, the effect of which is extended under the Circular No. 70/2020/TT-BTC will be extended to end of December 31, 2021.
In this document, exemption or reduction of prices of the following securities services will continue:
- Reduction in the prices of trading services on underlying or derivative securities exchanges; securities depository services, etc.
- Non-collection of charges of IPO registration and IPO registration change services, etc.
After December 31, 2021, securities service prices applied in the securities activities performed at the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository Center will be subject to the Circular No. 127/2018.
Circular No. 30/2021/TT-BTC is entering into force as of July 1, 2021.
