According to this Decision, the Ministry of Finance announces 184 procedures which are repealed and adopts 104 new administrative procedures, specifically including:
- Registration of initial public offerings by joint stock companies;
- Registration of initial public offerings;
- Registration of service provision by securities companies;
- Grant of practicing certificates in securities;
- Registration of public companies;
- Establishment of domestic branches, transaction offices, representative offices of securities companies and securities investment fund management companies;
- Change in name and address of head office, charter capital of securities companies and securities investment fund management companies;
Decision No. 12/QD-BTC is entering into force as of the signature date.
