According to this Circular, the amounts of livestock production fees are specified in the fee schedule annexed to this Circular, which applies as follows:
- The amounts of fees equaling 50% of those referred to in the fee schedule are valid from May 17, 2021 to end of December 31, 2021.
- The amounts of fees stated in the fee schedule are in force from January 1, 2022 onwards.
- The followings will be granted exemption:
+ Individuals that are classified as poor households, the elderly, the handicapped or persons rendering meritorious services to the revolution;
+ Organizations and individuals living at communes facing extreme socio-economic disadvantages if they apply to competent state authorities for entitlement to treatment stated in the fee schedule annexed to this Circular.
