According to this document, the following information must be shown on taxis:
- Information shown on two doors:
+ Name, phone number and logo of the enterprise or cooperative with the minimum dimension: 20 cm in length and 20 cm in width;
+ Taxi tariff registered using the form given in the Appendix 22 to the Circular No. 12/2020;
- Information shown inside taxis:
+ Table of fare rates expressed in kilometers (km), fare rates charged for the time of wait at the request of the passenger and other costs (if any) that the passenger must pay;
+ Taxi tariff registered using the form given in the Appendix 22 to the Circular No. 12/2020;
- In case of using the fare calculator software, the taxi tariff registered using the form given in Appendix 22 to the Circular No. 12/2020 must be displayed on the passenger interface of the software. (This is a new regulation).
Circular No. 02/2021/TT-BGTVT is entering into force as of March 25, 2021.
