The Circular prescribes sample notices of offering and issuance of stocks and public tender offer as follows:
- Sample notice of public offering of stocks (Appendix No. 13);
- Sample notice of public offering of bonds (Appendix No. 14);
- Sample notice of issuance of stocks of public companies for public tender offer (Appendix No. 15);
- Sample notice of issuance of stocks for swap transactions under amalgamation and merger agreements (Appendix No. 16);
- Sample notice of issuance of stocks for payment of dividends, issuance of stocks for increase in capital stock in the shareholders' equity (Appendix No. 17);
- Sample notice of issuance of stocks according to employee stock ownership plans (Appendix No. 18);
- Sample notice of issuance of stocks for exercise of rights under warrants (Appendix No. 19);
- Sample notice of public tender offer (Appendix No. 20).
