According to this document, the collection rates of 29 fees and charges will be reduced from January 1, 2021 to end of June 30, 2021, specifically including:
- Charge for grant of 12-digit ID cards will be decreased to 50% of the charge prescribed in Article 4 of Circular No. 59/2019/TT-BTC dated August 30, 2019;
- Charge for grant of passports, laissez-passers, exit permits or AB stamps will be reduced to 80% of the charge prescribed in Part I of the Schedule of fees and charges annexed to the Circular No. 219/2016/TT-BTC dated November 10, 2016;
- Fee for registration of secured transactions or fee for provision of information about transactions secured by movable property (except aircraft) and seagoing vessels will be reduced to 80% of the fee prescribed in the Circular No. 202/2016/TT-BTC dated November 9, 2016;
- Fee for assessment of engineering designs or fee for assessment of building cost estimates will be reduced to 50% of the fee prescribed in the Circular No. 210/2016/TT-BTC dated November 10, 2016.
