1. As for workers and employees taking 2 days-off/week (Saturday and Sunday)
- On this occasion, they will be entitled to 3 consecutive days-off from January 1, 2021 to January 3, 2021, including 01 day of leave taken as Solar Calendar New Year celebration day (January 1, 2021) and 02 weekly days of leave (January 2, 2021 and January 3, 2021).
- In case any worker or employee works on January 1, 2021, he/she will be paid wage or salary as much as 300% of the pay unit price or the actual pay by reference to his/her current work, regardless of the wage or salary paid for public, New Year holidays or paid days-off to daily wage earners.
- In case any worker or employee works on January 2, 2021 and/or January 3, 2021, he/she will be paid wage or salary as much as 200% of the pay unit price or the actual pay by reference to his/her current work, regardless of the wage or salary paid for public, New Year holidays or paid days-off to daily wage earners.
2. As for workers and employees taking 1 day-off/week (Sunday)
- They will be entitled to 01 day of leave on January 1, 2021.
- In case any worker or employee works on January 1, 2021, he/she will be paid wage or salary as much as 300% of the pay unit price or the actual pay by reference to his/her current work, regardless of the wage or salary paid for public, New Year holidays or paid days-off to daily wage earners.
3. As for public officials, civil servants, public employees and general workers of state regulatory authorities, public service units, political organizations and socio-political organizations
They will be entitled to 03 consecutive days-off from January 1, 2021 to January 3, 2021, including:
- 01 Solar Calendar New Year holiday (January 1, 2021);
- 02 weekly days-off (January 2, 2021 and January 3, 2021).
