According to this document, the Prime Minister has agreed to loosening the following constrictions:
- Lifting the social distancing and limits on the number of seats on public means of transportation (e.g. airplanes, passenger vehicles, trains, ships, etc.).
- Allowing reopening and lifting the social distancing for production, business, trading and service establishments (except nightclubs and karaoke service shops).
They must continue to take safety measures such as wearing facemasks and using hand sanitizers (especially, restaurants and other food shops only need to use hand sanitizers).
- Allowing sports activities and crowded events to take place on condition that health safety measures such as wearing facemasks and hand sanitizers have to be applied.
- Allowing health service establishments to reopen to meet people's health care needs.
- Do not compulsorily enforce the distancing of students at schools or classrooms; do not require students to wear facemasks in the classroom. However, the school needs to clean and disinfect material surfaces and classrooms, etc.
