According to this document, the Ministry of Transport requests the continued limitation to passenger transportation activities, and provides instructions about transportation of passengers between localities with risks and those with low risks as follows:
- Fixed-route passenger coaches will be allowed to operate at the maximum transportation capacity equaling 30% of total routes according to the chart of transportation routes between localities with risks, and 50% of total routes according to the chart of transportation routes between localities with low risks (at least not fewer than 1 trip/route);
- Charter passenger coach or van will be allowed to transport passengers at the maximum transportation capacity equaling 30% of total number of vehicles available at a transportation service provider between localities with risks, and 50% of total number of vehicles available at a transportation service provider between localities with low risks (at least not fewer than 1 vehicle/transportation service provider).
In addition, in the aviation sector, total number of flights between Hanoi and HCMC will be increased to 20 (round) trips/day while several flights to other provinces will be allowed to resume.
