According to this document, the Ministry has managed to develop and officially operate the "Diploma Search Webpage" at the following addresses: www.vanbang.gov.vn and www.vanbang.gdnn.gov.vn.
For the time being, the Webpage will provide data on (secondary, postsecondary or college) diplomas that educational institutions confer upon students from January 1, 2017 till now.
In order to complete the Webpage soon, the Ministry of Education recommends People’s Committees of centrally-affiliated cities/provinces to:
- Direct their Departments, sectors, press and communications agencies to make the Webpage widely known to organizations, enterprises, persons and the population within their remit.
- Request intermediate or secondary vocational training schools or colleges within their remit to imperatively send written documents on updated data about secondary, postsecondary or college vocational diplomas from January 1, 2017 till now to the webpage system (and continuously give their updated data whenever new diplomas are issued).
The task of data input must be completed by June 30, 2020.
