- Regulations on requirements for wholesale trades in alcohol products will be repealed as follows:
+ Traders of alcohol products must have the legal right of use of product warehouses or storage systems, each of which has total usable floor area of at least 50 m2.
+ Alcohol products intended for free sale must conform to regulations on food safety requirements.
+ Traders of alcohol products must fully conform to regulatory requirements for fire safety and environmental protection.
- Regulations on requirements for retailing trades in alcohol products will be repealed as follows:
+ Alcohol products intended for free sale must conform to regulations on food safety requirements.
+ Traders of alcohol products must fully conform to regulatory requirements for fire safety and environmental protection.
Decree No. 17/2020/ND-CP is set to be in force from March 22, 2020 while regulations pertaining to alcohol business are effective from February 5, 2020.
