According to the Resolution, after completing the 8th meeting program, the National Assembly has considered making its decisions on meeting discussions, including its ratification of Laws, legal Codes and Resolutions as follows:
- Passing 11 Laws and legal Codes (For more details, click here):
+ Labor Code; Law on Amendments and Supplements to several Articles of the Law on Public Officers and Public Servants and the Law on Public Employees;
+ Law on Securities; Law on Entry and Exit of Vietnamese Citizens; Law on Libraries; Law on Militia and Self-defence Forces; Law on Reserve Forces;
+ Law on Amendments and Supplements to several Articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Government Organization; the Law on Amendments and Supplements to several Articles of the Law on State Audit;
+ Law on Amendments and Supplements to several Articles of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam; Law on Amendments and Supplements to several Articles of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosive Materials and Support Equipment.
- Ratifying 17 Resolutions:
+ Resolution No. 94/2019/QH14 on tax debt relief, elimination of penalties and interest for late payment of taxes of taxpayers unable to fulfill obligations to the state budget;
+ Resolution No. 98/2019/QH14 adopting the Supplementary Treaty to the 1985 Treaty on the delimitation of national boundaries and the 2005 Supplementary Treaty, and the Protocol on land border demarcation and marker planting between Vietnam and Cambodia;
+ Resolution No. 97/2019/QH14 on piloting of Hanoi’s metropolitan administration model;
+ Resolution No. 100/2019/QH14 regarding the oral questioning in the 8th meeting of the XIVth National Assembly;
+ Resolution No. 96/2019/QH14 on prevention and control of criminals and offences against laws, duties of the People’s Procuracies, People’s Courts and law enforcement;
+ Resolution No. 99/2019/QH14 on on-going completion and improvement of efficacy and effectiveness in implementation of fire safety policies and laws;
+ Resolution No. 85/2019/QH14 on the 2020 socio-economic development plan;
+ Resolution No. 86/2019/QH14 on State Budget’s 2020 plan;
+ Resolution No. 87/2019/QH14 on distribution of the FY 2020 central government budget;
+ Resolution No. 88/2019/QH14 approving the Master Plan for socio-economic development for ethnic minority and mountainous regions for 2021-2030 period;
+ Resolution No. 95/2019/QH14 on feasibility study report on the 1st stage investment project for construction of Long Thanh International Airport;
+ Resolution No. 93/2019/QH14 adopting investment policies for Ka Pet reservoir project located in Ham Thuan district, Binh Thuan province;
+ Resolution No. 89/2019/QH14 on discharge from office of Members of National Assembly Standing Committee, Chief of Law Committee of the XIVth National Assembly;
+ Resolution No. 91/2019/QH14 on election of Members of the XIVth National Assembly’s Standing Committee;
+ Resolution No. 92/2019/QH14 on election of Chief of the Law Committee of the XIVth National Assembly;
+ Resolution No. 90/2019/QH14 adopting Prime Minister’s requests for discharge from office of the Minister of Health in the 2016-2021 term of office.
