Pursuant to the Decree, the land price range remains unchanged, including 02 land groupings:
- Grouping of agricultural land, including annual crop land, perennial crop land, production forest land, aquacultural production land, salt production land.
- Grouping of non-agricultural land, including rural and urban residential land; rural and urban commercial – service land; non-agricultural commercial land other than rural and urban commercial - service land.
Based on actual conditions, when formulating land price range charts within their remit, provincial-level People’s Committees are accorded the following rights:
- Adjust land price levels in land price range charts.
- Decide the land price range chart in which land prices are 20% greater than those of same land types.
Decree No. 96/2019/ND-CP is entering into force on December 19, 2019, replacing the Decree No. 104/2014/ND-CP dated November 14, 2014.
