Pursuant to the Decree, imports of Cambodian origin which are mentioned in the list annexed to the Appendix I in this Decree will be granted 0% preferential tariff rate, including several goods belonging to the following headings:
- Live poultry, that is to say, fowls of the species Gallus domesticus, ducks, geese, turkeys and guinea fowls.
- Meat and edible offal, of the poultry of heading 01.05, fresh, chilled or frozen.
- Citrus fruit, fresh or dried: Yellow and green lemons.
- Bread, pastry, cakes, biscuits and other bakers' wares, whether or not containing cocoa; communion wafers, empty cachets of a kind suitable for pharmaceutical use, sealing wafers, rice paper and similar products.
The Decree No. 92/2019/ND-CP is in effect from January 6, 2020 to end of December 31, 2020.
