With a view to lifting socio-psychological and business environment barriers for development of private-sector enterprises, the Prime Minister has approved this plan including 06 sets of solutions as follows:
- Continue to improve the business environment in order to maintain private-sector enterprise’s trust and increase the sustainable business of these enterprises;
- Encourage private-sector enterprises to make best use of sustainable business models, cleaner production technologies and effectively exploit natural resources and protect environment;
- Promote innovative startups and strengthen effective implementation of support policies granted to small and medium-sized enterprises;
- Enhance roles of associations of enterprises in supporting private-sector enterprises in effective and sustainable development;
- Provide incentive treatment for private enterprises so that they can apply scientific achievements and technological advances and make the most of the 4th industrial revolution;
- Assist in improvement of labor productivity of enterprises; promote high-quality human resources and enhance corporate management and governance capabilities.
