The Circular prescribes five National Technical Regulations on spare parts and components of motor vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds, including:
- National Technical Regulation on mirrors of motor vehicles (QCVN 33:2019/BGTVT) replacing QCVN 33:2011/BGTVT;
- National Technical Regulation on batteries of motor vehicles and motorcycles (QCVN 47:2019/BGTVT) replacing QCVN 47:2012/BGTVT;
- National Technical Regulation on fire safety structures of road vehicles (QCVN 52:2019/BGTVT) replacing QCVN 52:2013/BGTVT;
- National Technical Regulation on fire safety requirements of materials used in interior structures of road vehicles (QCVN 53:2019/BGTVT) replacing QCVN 53:2013/BGTVT;
- National Technical Regulation on batteries of motorcycles and electric bikes (QCVN 91:2019/BGTVT) replacing QCVN 91:2015/BGTVT;
Simultaneously, it also provides National Technical Regulation on urban passenger buses accessible to the disabled (QCVN 82:2019/BGTVT) replacing QCVN 82:2014/BGTVT.
Circular No. 26/2019/TT-BGTVT is entering into force on September 15, 2019.
