The Decision specifies 18 administrative procedures required for grant of decisions on payment of SI benefits and SI and UI covers.
There are 08 administrative procedures to be officially applied under the delegated authority by 2020, and handled by the district-level Social Security, including:
- Insurance covers for occupational accidents or diseases, applicable to those suffering an occupational accident or disease for the first time;
- Insurance covers for occupational accidents or diseases, applicable to those suffering a relapse of impairment or illness;
- Insurance covers for occupational accidents and diseases, applicable to those suffering an occupational accident or disease in the past and now falling into such situation again;
- Grant of decisions on entitlement to monthly pension salaries and benefits of commune-level public officers;
- Lump-sum payment of monthly pension salaries and SI benefits to emigrants and foreign nationals who no longer reside in Vietnam.
- Death benefits, etc.
