Documentation required to be submitted to register plant quarantine and food safety inspection of imported goods of botanical origin will be subject to clause 2 and 3 of Article 6 in the Circular No. 33 and clause 2 of Article 18 in the Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018.
Amongst such documentation, the certificate of registration of plant quarantine and food safety inspection of imported goods of botanical origin will be subject to the form given in the Appendix Ia in the Circular No. 34.
Procedures and processes for plant quarantine and food safety inspection of imported goods of botanical origin will be subject to Article 7 in the Circular No. 33 and Article 19 in the Decree No. 15.
The certificate of registration of plant quarantine and food safety inspection of imported goods of botanical origin will be granted using the form given in the Appendix IIa in the Circular No. 34 in the following situations:
- Imported shipments are not infected with quarantine plant pests and meet food safety requirements upon import;
- Imported shipments do not contain plant pests regulated by Vietnam or other alien harmful organisms, and meet food safety requirements upon import;
