The Circular stipulates that examinees may be awarded insurance agent certificates after passing the insurance agent test.
Within the duration of 10 days of receipt of the approval of test results from the Department of Insurance Management and Supervision, training establishments must inform test results and confer insurance agent certificates on examinees that pass this test.
Tests for insurance agent certificates will be held in either online or writing form.
Test questions will be designed according to the insurance agent training program as provided in Article 88 in the Decree No. 73/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016.
Each test shall be designed in a form of multiple-choice questions, and shall be composed of 75% of questions relating to general insurance knowledge and 25% of questions relating to insurance products.
The Circular No. 125/2018/TT-BTC will enter into force on March 1, 2019.
