Pursuant to this Decree, enterprises hiring under 10 employees will be exempted from submission of the documents listed below to state regulatory authorities in charge of labor affairs at districts where their business establishments are located:
- Pay scale, pay chart;
- Labor standard summary report.
In addition, the Decree gives supplements to Article 8 of the Decree No. 49 on principles of formulation of labor standards as stated below:
“Enterprises shall be obliged to set out labor standards as a basis for payment of salaries and wages to employees entitled to piece-rate pay and ensure the following principles are observed:"
The Decree No. 121/2018/ND-CP is going to be in force on November 1, 2018.
